Upgraded with advanced wireless interconnection technology, this smoke alarm uses radio frequency (RF) signals to communicate with up to 24 alarms. When one alarm is triggered, all alarms will sound. This allows you to hear an alarm from anywhere in your home, regardless of where the fire hazard starts, ensuring the safety of your entire home.
10-Year warranty Battery with Low Battery Warning
The wireless alarm utilizes a 10 years lithium battery that supports up to 10 years of continuous monitoring. A self-check function issues a low battery warning - Red LED flashes once every 60
seconds and 1 beep every 60 seconds. - to inform you it’s time to replace device, ensuring uninterrupted protection for enhanced safety.
Quickly Locate the Source Alarm
Only the originating unit can silence all interconnected alarms. Press the test/silence button on any interconnected alarm. If all alarms are muted, the smoke alarm you pressed is the source alarm. If one smoke alarm is still sounding, that alarm is the source alarm. This allows you to easily locate the source alarm, ensuring an immediate respond to fire.
How to create the interlinked network:
Step 1: Press the test/silence button on one of these smoke alarms 4 times, and the green LED will rapidly flash continuously, indicating it has entered the transmitting mode (valid time: 60 seconds) .
Step 2: Press the test/silence button on the other smoke alarms twice, and the green LED will slowly flash continuously, indicating it has entered the receiving mode.
-----If pairing is successful: The green LED of these alarms will stop flashing.
-----When it is failure: The green light will continue to flash for 60 seconds, and then the red light will stay on for 2 seconds.
Mounting Alarms:
1. Twist off the mounting bracket from the alarm.
2. Put the bracket on the installation position and mark the screw holes on the ceiling or the wall.
3. Drill two mounting holes in the marked place by an electric drill (The diameter of the drill hole is 5mm) and insert two plastic anchor plugs by hammer.
4. Screw the mounting bracket to the ceiling or the wall (Refer to figure 3).
5. Attach the alarm to the mounting bracket and turn clockwise to lock the alarm
